ERTC 2025 (Monday 17 to Thursday 20 November) will be held at Riviera Hall, Palais des Festivals et des Congres, 1 Bd de la Croisette, 06400, Cannes, France (See map)

The Industry Awards & Dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday 19 November.

Hotels

Collecting your badge

Badges can be collected on 17 November from the registration desks between 2:00pm and 5:00pm at the Riviera Hall.

Badges may also be collected during the reception from the registration desk located at the same venue during the drink reception timings.

To collect your badge, please present the email titled “Here Is Your Badge Code” from the address: [email protected] along with your government-issued photo ID to the security staff, who will scan it and permit your entry. Both are mandatory, as there will be multiple security checks throughout the venue.

Please note that this day is for badge collection only, as well as stand/setup access for exhibitors and sponsors.

A welcome drinks reception, sponsored by Johnson Matthey, will take place from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the:

Please note:
If you do not present both your barcode (from the “Here Is Your Badge Code” email) and a government-issued photo ID, you will not be permitted entry or able to collect your badge.

Cloakroom and Baggage Storage Area

In accordance with the venue’s regulations, oversized bags are not permitted inside the venue and must be stored in the designated baggage storage area, located outside the venue.

Coats and jackets may be stored in the cloakroom located inside the exhibition area.

This is a complimentary service available to ERTC delegates.
Overnight storage is not available.
