Thank you for choosing to exhibit at ERTC in Cannes, France this November! 

We have carefully put together this manual where you will find all the essential information you require for preparing your stand and maximising your participation at the show. We recommend reading through all the information thoroughly in the menu bar above, but particularly the following sections:

  • Stand Information – Whether you are a shell scheme or space only exhibitor, you will find important and useful information regarding your stand package.
  • Timetable – More detailed view of the exhibitor timetable, including access times for build and breakdown of your stand.
  • Health & Safety – As an exhibitor, you have a legal duty of care for the safety of anyone who may be affected by your activities.

BUILD UP REMINDERS:

  • High Vis jackets, safety footwear, gloves, safety googles is required for all persons on the exhibit floor during Build Up. This will be applicable from Sunday until 14:00 on Monday.
  • All stands must be complete within your scheduled time and finished by 18:00 on Monday 17 November
  • Power is not guaranteed for your stand until the morning of show open. If you require temporary power, you must order this from GES via Expresso shop.

LATE WORKING

You must ensure your stand design is able to be contracted within the timings provided. If you have concerns onsite about not finishing in time, please contact the Operations Team by 29 September at the latest.

BREAKDOWN REMINDERS:

  • This year at ERTC, breakdown is taking place overnight unlike previous years. Please make sure that your stand contractors are aware of this and have planned accordingly. In the interest of everyone's safety and wellbeing we ask contractors to ensure they have a sufficient number of well-rested staff. Tiredness causes accidents.
  • Stands must be manned until 17:20 on Thursday 20 November. Removal of materials and equipment cannot begin before this time.
  • No trollies or large packing materials will be allowed on the show floor until the hall is clear of visitors.

NB: Please note that all stock and products must be removed from shell scheme stands by 18:30 on Thursday 20 November.

All stock, product, building materials, flooring and tape must be removed from Space Only stands by Friday 21 November at 03:00 otherwise it will be deemed as rubbish and thrown away. All charges for this will be directed to the exhibitor.

There are strictly no children under the age of 16 to be onsite for build and breakdown.

Health & Safety

Please read the below guidelines carefully in regards to Health & Safety. You must take this information into consideration when designing, building and operating your stand at the show. Please note it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to make sure that all health and safety regulations are being respected.

Registering Your Passes

You will receive a specific link to register for your allocated passes.

If you wish to purchase additional passes, please contact your account manager.

We ask that you register by Friday 12th September, this will ensure you receive the joining instructions and other pre-event information.

The Works 

The Works are our official contractors for ERTC 2022. Please use their online ordering portal to order the following:

  • Extra Furniture for your stand
  • Wall Graphics
  • Fascia Branding
  • Signage
