We’re inviting speaker applications from individuals and organisations showcasing innovation, operational excellence, and leadership across the following key focus areas:

• Catalyst Technologies

• Digital Transformation & Advanced Manufacturing

• Energy Efficiency

• Maintenance & Reliability

• AI & Cybersecurity

• Decarbonisation & Sustainability

Once you’ve expressed your interest, you’ll be asked to submit an abstract, technical paper, or case study including the title, author(s), and a 250–300 word summary of your topic.

All submissions will be reviewed and evaluated by the World Refining Association, with final selections announced by 23 January 2026.

Submission deadline: 16 January 2026

Selected speakers will have the opportunity to present their work to a global audience of downstream leaders, connect with decision-makers shaping the industry’s future, and gain visibility across WRA’s international network.
