What is a Call for Papers?

Companies and technical professionals are invited to submit an abstract for the chance to participate in Latin America's largest meeting place for downstream leaders. All abstract submissions will be reviewed by our esteemed advisory board and evaluated based on originality and relevance to conference themes and audience.

Abstract submission is easy, you can use our online form for up to 3 submissions per company.

Guidelines for Submissions

Please submit your paper(s) via the online submissions form.
Abstracts should be between 200 and 500 words, written in English and submitted through the online submission form.
Prior to submission all relevant approvals, clearance and availability to attend must be in place. Any issues concerning approval or clearance should be outlined when the abstract is submitted.
If the abstract has been presented previously, details of when and where need to be provided in the submission form.

Can I Submit Multiple Extracts?

Yes, you can submit up to 3. Any more after the third will be discounted. Each submission would need to be on different technologies.

Who Marks the Abstracts?

The papers are marked by the senior producers of our Advisory Board.
