Marije discusses the innovative approach Shell Pernis are taking to the energy transition, as well as looking in more depth at the talent gap in the industry, what Shell are doing to bridge this, and upskill their talent, and much more.
At ERTC: Ask the Experts, Marije partook in a panel session on Reforming & Isomerisation, answering questions on electrification in refineries, maximising the blend of isomerate, the ratio of alternate feedstock and the challenges facing higher ratios, how to test which catalysts are best for your unit and much more.
