Dhairya Soni

Dhairya Soni is a Technical Service Representative and Renewables Lead at Crystaphase, where he supports both conventional petroleum and renewable hydrotreating operations, including renewable diesel (RD) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) units. His work focuses on reactor fouling evaluation, pressure drop mitigation, and top- and deep-bed performance optimization.

For several years, Dhairya has concentrated on renewables applications, where bio-based feedstocks, pretreatment variability, and hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) chemistry present distinct operational and economic challenges.

Before joining Crystaphase in 2022, Dhairya completed BASF’s Professional Development Program as a Rotational Engineer, gaining experience in latex manufacturing, semiconductor process R&D, and FCC catalyst technical service. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
