HOW IT WORKS
The World Refining Association Call for Papers process opens at different times throughout the year for each event.
- Each event edition provides submission guidelines, criteria, and key themes.
- Abstracts (200-500 words) can be submitted via a secure online portal before the deadline. Submitters can submit up to 3 applications per company.
- Submissions are reviewed and graded by our esteemed Advisory Boards and selected based on innovation, relevance and industry impact.
- Successful applications will have the opportunity to present, in person, at the event.
The process is competitive, with only 1 in 5 submissions being accepted.
