Vitor Bueckmann

Vitor brings over 17 years of engineering expertise, specializing in project management, performance optimization, and operational excellence. His rich career spans the Mining and Nuclear industries, with more than 12 years at Vale S.A., a leading Brazilian mining company, and around 4 years at Areva NP (Framatome) GmbH.

Vitor has gained significant experience in manufacturing and inspecting large equipment and components across Germany, China, and Brazil. He has successfully led initiatives in management model implementation and evolution, focusing on restructuring, process adaptation, assessments, and benchmarking. Vitor excels in fostering corporate relationships on a global scale, particularly in standardization, negotiations, and project implementation and training.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, a master’s degree in advanced Materials and Engineering from the University of Saarland, and an International Welding Engineer certificate from SLV Mannheim.
