Adrian Szkudlarski

Adrian Szkudlarski has served as President of the Management Board at Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. since December 2021, following his earlier role as a Supervisory Board member and acting President of LOTOS Asfalt. He began his career at LOTOS Group in 2006, holding various technical and leadership roles, including EFRA Project Director overseeing a €540 million investment. He also led the commissioning and Lenders’ Reliability Test of the Delayed Coking Unit. In 2021, he was appointed Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Office at Grupa LOTOS S.A., bringing deep experience in refining operations, project delivery, and strategic transformation across the LOTOS Group.
