Heidi Hurst

Roberto Rodrigo, a Chemical Engineer with an MSc in “Energy and Processes” from IFP School (Paris), is a Project Leader in BCG’s Energy practice with over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Prior to joining BCG, Roberto worked at MOEVE (formerly CEPSA, Spain) in various downstream roles, ranging from refinery process engineer to global positions in Operational Excellence and Sustainability.

At BCG, he has led strategic projects focused on refinery margin improvement, operational excellence, end-to-end business transformations, working capital optimization, and the implementation of advanced planning and scheduling tools. He has played a key role in deploying optimization solutions in industrial complexes across Latin America, the Middle East, and Asia, and is recognized as a leading expert in applying technical and digital levers to drive real impact on the profitability and sustainability of the refining business.
