Antonio Vicente Silva de Castro

Antonio Vicente is a process engineer. He under-graduated from the Instituto Militar de Engenharia and has a master's degree, both in Chemical Engineering.

He joined Petrobras 19 years ago in the basic engineering team, designing mainly crude distillation and coking units. Since 2011, he has been working in several management roles at the Petrobras R&D Center (Cenpes). Currently, he is the R&D General Manager for Downstream, Midstream and Sustainability, including biofuels, renewable energies, and decarbonization.
