Bruno Teles

With over 14 years of experience at Galp, Bruno Teles currently leads Industrial Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation. A chemical engineer with a master's degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, Bruno's passion for management and leadership led him to further studies at Universidade Católica de Lisboa and a postgraduate degree in Data Analytics from Nova Information Management School.

Bruno Teles began his career as a Performance Analyst in the Industrial business, where he identified structural gaps and implemented process improvements to enhance refining net cash margin. In 2016, he took on the role of leading Industrial Scheduling Operations and Inventory Management, ensuring feedstock availability for industrial assets and optimizing the supply of products for B2B and B2C markets, while also assuring regulatory compliance.

As the Head of Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation, Bruno Teles focuses on developing and optimizing lean processes, driving digital transformation through automation, data analytics, low-code application development, and machine learning/artificial intelligence.
