Clayton Smith

Clayton Smith has over 32 years refinery operations/maintenance and turnarounds experience in the petroleum industry. He has directed the maintenance, reliability, and turnaround processes for Motiva. He has also written the current turnaround/maintenance, and reliability work processes for Motiva and developed reliability equipment strategies, which are used in maintenance and turnarounds. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree (with Honors) in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, and an MBA from University of Penn Warton School of Business, Philadelphia, PN.
