Dave Collings has 25 years of in-depth experience in the oil refining industry, including hands-on refinery experience gained at BP and CITGO. He partners with clients on front-end project development, refinery reconfiguration studies, technology evaluation, energy optimization, and low-carbon fuel transitions. He has led studies and projects across crude and black-oil processing, fluid catalytic cracking, hydroprocessing, catalytic reforming, alkylation, renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and other forward-looking technologies.
