Dr Bashir Dabbousi

Dr. Bashir Dabbousi is the Director of Technology Strategy & Planning at Saudi Aramco. He was the Interim Vice President of Research at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC), an independent energy economics and policy think tank in Riyadh, from 2008-2012. He has occupied several administrative and technical positions in Saudi Aramco including Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer; Senior Consultant, Strategic Transformation Office; and Coordinator of the R&D Division in the Research & Development Center where he spent most of his professional career. Bashir is co-recipient of 18 U.S. patents and 1 U.S. patent application.
