Dr. Bo Kou

Bo Kou is a principal researcher at Chevron Lummus Global, LLC.  In his role, he leads the R&D efforts on process development, scaleup and commercialization of CLG’s LC-SLURRY technology and supports licensing activities of CLG’s LC-FINING and LC-LSFO technology. He is also working on renewable technology with CLG’s LC platform.

Bo joined Chevron in 2006 and has over 20 years of industrial experience in EPC and R&D. Prior to Chevron, he worked as process engineer in CTIEI and research scientist at Dupont.

Bo got his Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science from Tianjin University in China and his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada. He has about 30 papers, patents and conference presentations.
