Ezequiel Maddalena

Ezequiel Maddalena is a Project Leader with experience in the energy and refining sectors. He currently leads multidisciplinary engineering teams at Hytech Ingeniería S.A. in Argentina, where he has managed engineering, cost estimation, and execution of large-scale industrial projects. Previously, he worked at Intecsa Industrial S.A. in Spain, focusing on process simulation, safety systems and design engineering for refining operations. Ezequiel holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Buenos Aires and is pursuing a Master’s in Energy Regulation. His work combines hands-on process engineering with leadership in cross-functional project development, particularly within hydrocarbon processing and upstream-midstream process facilities.
