Flor Lucía de la Cruz

Flor Lucía de la Cruz received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2014. Since graduating she has worked in the Oil & Gas sector, first as a Process Engineer & now as Head of the Innovation team for O&G at IDOM.

At IDOM, Flor´s team is working on defining the Refinery of the Future in exciting endeavors from pursuing projects with sustainable growth based on a low carbon and circular economy to defining opportunities for refiners in advanced biofuels and green hydrogen.
