Francesco Ricci

With more than 15 years of experience in Oil downstream industry, Francesco has a robust experience in operations, supply chain, business and strategic planning. He’s currently in charge of Operations Processes at Eni Refining HQ, with responsibilities that include: coordination and optimization of refineries production; development and updating of linear planning models for production sites; optimization of margins by identifying opportunities and removing technical and technological constraints.

Francesco has previously held the role of Refinery Programming manager in Supply Dept., Planning & Scheduling manager and Plants Operation Manager in three refineries of Eni group.
