Ignacio Costa

Ignacio Costa has over a decade of experience in refining and renewable fuels. In his current role as a Licensing Manager at Topsoe, he is at the forefront of securing the commercial success of key technologies for decarbonization, including SAF production, co-processing, plastic recycling, etc. Ignacio's journey at Topsoe began with various roles in the Technical Department, where he played a pivotal role in the development, design and troubleshooting of Topsoe’s hydroprocessing technologies with focus on renewable fuels and plastic recycling. Before joining Topsoe, he worked five years in the refining industry as a Process Engineer and Shift Manager. Ignacio holds a chemical engineering degree from The National Technological University from Argentina.
