Jordi Gallego Rubio

Current EVP Marketing & Business Development of OMNI Conversion Technologies. A world class Canadian company which leads the technology race of the conversion of waste and biomass into energy and valuable fuels, specially H2.
Jordi has hold most of his long career assuming top executive positions in companies and projects related to the Environmental sector and Circular Economy (waste, CO2, renewables, wastewater…), across all the value chain.

Currently developing several Renewable Projects in different worldwide jurisdictions North America, EU, Australia, China…), crossing technologies (photovoltaic, H2 water hydrolysis, waste gasification, H2 from syngas, green fuels…) and players (utility companies, oil&gas companies, waste companies, investment funds, regional and local authorities, EPC companies, local project developers…).

In 2013 he contributed to create and became President of fGER, the Iberian association of Waste to Energy Industries.
He holds an Msc Engineering degree from UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) in the prestigious ETS of Ingenieros de Caminos Canales y Puertos of Barcelona and an MBA from INSEAD (Institut Européen d’Administration des Affaires) in Fontainebleau, France.
