Kim Jooste

Kim Jooste is currently VP Downstream Projects & Technology at Hungarian operator MOL. She has a swathe of experience having previously worked at Shell for nearly 25 years.  Kim recently took part in the MOL Group’s 1st Diversity & Inclusion Week which looked to enhance diversity through a focus on Gender, Age, Disability & Wellbeing. Jooste has had a varied career that saw her join South African Integrated energy and chemical giant Sasol before Shell where she rose to be Downstream Project Program Manager.
