Leandro Soïdo Falcão Martins

Leandro graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering, with specialization in Petroleum Processing Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Chemical and Biochemical Process Technology. He started his activities at Petrobras in 2004 at Duque de Caxias Refinery, working in several activities related to Operation, Process Optimization and Product Quality Control, which allowed the development of a comprehensive view on refining processes and products.

In 2019, Leandro moved to the corporate area of Refining Processes and Operations, assuming the Management of the RefTOP Strategic Program – World Class Refining, in 2021.
