Leandro Soïdo Falcão Martins

Graduated in Chemical Engineering, with specialization in Petroleum Processing Engineering and master’s degree in Chemical and Biochemical Process Technology, he started his activities at Petrobras in 2004 at Duque de Caxias Refinery, where he worked in several activities related to Operation, Process Optimization and Product Quality Control, which allowed the development of a comprehensive view on refining processes and products. In 2019, he moved to the corporate area of Refining Processes and Operations, assuming in 2021 the Management of the RefTOP Strategic Program – World Class Refining. In 2023 he was appointed manager of technical support and refining operations
