Maria Luisa Sargenti

In 2019, Maria Luisa joined BASF Refining Catalysts as Technology Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa. She has 20 years’ experience in in different industrial applications from chemical water treatments, oil field chemicals and catalyst technologies for refining processes. She started her experience with NALCO and developed through several key positions. Before joining BASF, she held different positions in sales, technology and marketing for FCC catalysts with W.R. Grace. Maria Luisa holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University Simon Bolivar, Venezuela and an EMBA from the Vertice Business School in Madrid, Spain.
