Paul Cole

Paul Cole is the international Performance Solutions Manager for Solomon based in Solomon’s European office in the United Kingdom (UK). He has worked with many clients in Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East. Paul’s current responsibilities include the oversight of performance improvement and performance monitoring Solutions within the Refining and Logistics Business Unit. With 29 years experience in the refining business, Paul has comprehensive knowledge of the oil value chain from crude, through refining to delivered products, including experience in most areas of refinery operations. Paul has a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast.
