With over 20 years of experience, she leads high-performing teams and advises executives and managers in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Consumer Goods industries across Latin America and the Caribbean. Her work focuses on driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and sustainability in production and logistics. Before joining AspenTech, Rosa held roles at PDVSA and Procter & Gamble Venezuela. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UNEXPO (Venezuela) and an MBA from Inalde Business School (Colombia), combining deep technical knowledge with strong business acumen to deliver value through innovative industrial solutions.
