Sanjay Bhargava

Sanjay Bhargava is a Principal Consultant at KBC Global and leads the design and delivery of KBC’s flagship Profit Improvement Program (PIP). With over 30 years of expertise, he has executed more than 50 PIPs globally across roles including Simulation Expert, Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager, and now Project Executive. Sanjay specializes in yield improvement, energy reduction, supply chain optimization, reliability enhancement, feasibility studies, business transformation, digital transformation, and decarbonization initiatives. He firmly believes PIPs deliver substantial, immediate impact—driving profitability and enabling refiners to reinvest in future growth and energy transition projects. Outside of work, Sanjay enjoys meditation, tennis, golf, swimming, and personal wealth management.
