Sanjiv Ratan

Sanjiv Ratan is currently serving as Director of Marketing & Product Development for ZoneFlow Reactor Technologies LLC (ZFRT). He is responsible for market oriented product advancement, techno-commercial strategies, and business development for their innovative ZoneFlowTM structured catalyst reactor systems (ZF) for the steam reforming based product-line. He recently led. managed and successfully concluded ZF test program in their world class pilot plant in Belgium under joint development with Honeywell-UOP and in collaboration with Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium.

Until 2016, he was Group VP & Director of Advanced Technology at Technip (now Technip Energies), after having served as its Chief Technology Officer and Commercial VP for their market leading Hydrogen-syngas product-line covering hydrogen generation for refining as well as clean energy, ammonia, methanol and GTL as well as related Carbon management / CCUS..

He has been Subject Matter Expert for Hydrogen technology and has a Bachelor of Technology (honors) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. With 40+ years of experience, expertise and executive responsibilities in his field, he is well recognized in the industry and has contributed more than 80 papers in international conferences and publications.
