Songül Kandaz

Songul Kandaz is working for Albemarle Catalysts for almost 10 years now as FCC technical service engineer. Located in Amsterdam, she is giving technical support to FCC’s in different areas of Europe processing all different kinds of feedstock. The consultancy support includes formulating catalyst, monitoring catalyst change-out, monitoring catalyst performance, troubleshooting operational/hardware problems, change feed effects, and application of FCC-SIM. Trained as a chemical engineer, she has a unique 15 year background in the industry, including previous work as a process engineer in FCC unit and downstream operations. Songul has a passion to help with problem solving, troubleshooting and change management.
