Tracy Ellerington

Tracy Ellerington, Director of Europe and Russia, Operations is based in Solomon’s European office in the UK. Her responsibilities include supporting the myriad of Solomon Competitive Performance Analysis studies in Refining, Chemicals and in Upstream as well as conducting Advisory Service assignments across the Solomon portfolio.

With more than 25 years in the hydrocarbon business, Tracy has experience in operations, cost reduction and profit improvement, and human performance improvement.

Prior to joining Solomon, Tracy spent 17 years with KBC Process Technology Ltd, where she was responsible for conducting numerous optimisation and improvement consulting assignments in a wide range of globally to improve performance, reduce costs and optimise their operations.

Tracy started her career in this industry working with Esso Petroleum Ltd at their Fawley UK refinery. She has a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University, UK.
