Witold Kowalczyk

Witold started working for PKN ORLEN S.A. in 1986, working as an operator on Olefin plant, in the control room on FCC plant, and as a supervisor on Hydrocracker and Hydrogen Generation Plant.

From 2014 year he has been working in the Optimization of Production Processes. His team consists now of five creative specialists in production. Their scope of activity is engineering and efficiency improvement of refinery and petrochemical production, looking for solutions to increase the margin and improve energy efficiency of production plants. Witold is the author of many initiatives improving energy efficiency on refinery plants which generated a large additional profit for the company.
