Wivika Laike

Wivika Laike is an Application Team Manager, Refinery, at Alfa Laval. She started working for Alfa Laval in 2006, and has over 18 years of work experience as a heat exchanger expert in senior roles within various industries. Wivika has worked as a Refinery Market Manager, Europe between 2018 to 2022, Global Business Development Manager for Aromatic Industry 2016 to 2017, Team Manager Chemical Processes and Steel 2014 to 2015 and Global Market Development Manager for the Steel Industry between 2007 to 2013. 

Wivika graduated with a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Lund University in 2003. Her most recent publication in PQT, April 2020 includes: “Improving hydrotreater performance with welded plate heat exchangers”, which looked at energy efficiency in Naphtha hydrotreating using Alfa Laval solutions.
